Biography

Dr. Kirschner is a respected faculty member of the Institute for Management Studies, a thought-leader with Athena Interactive and CanDoGo,  and an adjunct professor at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (SCNM.edu). 

Dr. Kirschner speaks to some of the world’s best known organizations, from Heineken to Providence Health Systems, from NASA to Starbucks, from Snap-On Tools to Texas Instruments. He's been interviewed on hundreds of radio and television programs, including CNBC, FOX and CBC. His ideas on communication and conflict resolution are found in numerous newspapers and magazines including USA Today, London Times, The Wall Street Journal and Executive Excellence, and his work has influenced many authors, speakers and physicians. 

He is a bestselling author of numerous books and multimedia programs.  His most recent work is the 'Insider's Guide To The Art Of Persuasion,' a comprehensive communication skills training that includes a 246 page Guidebook, a 188 page Playbook, and an 8 CD audio program.  He is coauthor of the international bestseller, 'Dealing With People You Can't Stand,' as well as 'Life By Design,' and 'Love Thy Customer.'
